The company, which started as a reseller, transformed itself to a telecom operator providing a wide range of retail and corporate services. To cement its reputation as a top tier telecom firm in the region, menatelecom undertook a campaign to re-brand itself.

As a part of its rebranding exercise, menatelecom required a qualified agency to ensure that the new online presence of the company is closely synchronized with the offline strategy and steps taken. Menatelecom identified 4SPOTS as the ideal agency to deliver its requirements.

Search Engine Optimization was also a high priority, given that the website was a retail product/service website.
